Does the property have WIFI?
Yes, there is WiFi in all of our properties.
Reference code vs. Property Address:
The property reference code is only our website identification code used to protect the actual address of the property. Once your booking is confirmed, the full address will be provided to you.
Electrical devices. Do I need a special adaptor/voltage converter?
If you are not a UK resident, yes. UK is on a different system to the rest of Europe, N. America and other areas. You will need to bring a UK adaptor plug or buy one when you arrive in the UK.
Is there a minimum stay?
Usually a 7-night minimum stay for our properties. If we have any gaps between reservations, we will take shorter reservations.
Do you need proof of identity?
Yes, we do. UK immigration laws and fraud protection policies require that we know who you are. Your passport is usually the easiest way to confirm your identity, but a driver’s licence or id card may be accepted too.
How can I contact you?
The best way is via email. Of course, you can also contact us directly by cellular phone.
Who are your customers?
Our customers are from around the world. They are individuals, families, tourists, business travellers and corporations.
What is self-catering accommodation?
A self-catering apartment is usually a private residence. The owners may use the home occasionally and offer it for short term lets when they are way. It will be fully equipped and is ideal for the independent and self-sufficient traveller.
What is the UK bed size?
Single, twin or bunk bed: 90 cm x 190 cm (3′ 0″ x 6′ 3″)
Small-double: 120 cm x 190 cm (4′ 0″ x 6′ 3″)
Double bed: 135 cm x 190 cm (4′ 6″ x 6′ 3″)
King-size bed: 150 cm x 200 cm (5′ 0″ x 6′ 6″)
Super king-size bed: 180 cm x 200 cm (6′ 0″ x 6′ 6″)
